This is a great story — AgTech is such a direct way to get involved with the food system and direct it’s future trajectory, and what the industry needs more than anything is some fresh ideas and new energy! Indoor ag is one way forward, but there are more! I wonder what the entrepreneurs at Cool Farms would say about the energy intensity of indoor farming, how do we square that with sustainability goals until our energy sector reaches a more sustainable place?
